Rose and Savino continue to be my favorite writing team in the genre of erotic paranormal romance! The heroes are dominant males who find and bring out the best in their chosen mate while taking part in suspenseful plots and some of the most erotic passion on the planet! Their latest selection, “Alpha’s Obsession”, is perhaps their best collaboration yet! The characterization is masterful in that the reader gains a better understanding of the characters as the plot unfolds and new information is revealed! I absolutely fell in love with Layne and her compulsion to find a cure, and the hero Sam was phenomenal in his ability to not only survive the torture and fear of his youth but then to rise and become a major contributor to his pack and the protector and lover of his mate was awe inspiring. The passion is steamy, the plot is thick with suspense and action and the combination of Savino and Rose rises again to a five-star rating for “Alpha’s Obsession”! (wish I could give more 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) I was given an ARC copy of “Alpha’s Obsession” to prepare this honest voluntary review; however, I plan to purchase a copy of the title to support these fantastic authors. I must recommend in the STRONGEST terms possible that you purchase your copy of “Alpha’s Obsession” today. This is book 5 in the series but it can be read as a stand alone. I have fallen in love with this series and I want it to never end! Sam and Layne’s story is so absorbing. I want more! The scenes flow well from one into the next. We learn more about the sinister sub-plot that has been threaded throughout all the books. Layne’s character is interesting and a there’s a big surprise in this story! Sam believes he’s damaged, with nothing to offer a woman. Layne isn’t sure of anything except that she likes the feels that Sam gives her! There are a lot of sexy steamy scenes. I enjoyed reading this book. One-click it you won’t be disappointed.

Alpha’s Obsession was a thoroughly fun story.. It had many of my favorite genres rolled into one juicy tale. It had elements of a good medical thriller as well as some very hot romance. Nice choice! The authors did a fantastic job at character creation. Both main characters were broken people. With love and perseverance, they blossomed into an unstoppable force. It was an appealing change from Mr. and Miss Perfect that seem to be foisted upon readers. The story line was kept rolling at a really fast tempo and was a riveting novel. Another novel by these writers that one finds finished in short order. Time flies when reading this one. I’ve had the opportunity to read a few in this series and this one is my favorite. I hope that the authors plan to continue the series.

It's a huge credit to these authors that they are able to seamlessly write together and keep up such incredible quality. The endurance must be hard to keep up under normal circumstances. I had no idea this series could continue to be THIS good.The flow of action was amazing, and it was yet again seamless how they moved the main story along and didn't lose any important details. I couldn't put this book down and the series changed my mind about disliking shifter books. I just needed to read the best that there is. And it's easily the best shifter series and one of the best PNR series out there. Saving and Rose are pros authors should strive to write like

These two authors are among the few whose paranormal books I read. I usually enjoy this series, but this one was not my favorite. I thought it was a little short and undeveloped, and while I wanted a happy ending, I thought it was cliché that the villain's experimental IV not only cured her disease but turned her into a shifter. I was disappointed that it ended at 75% and the rest was bonus material and excerpts, which are the book equivalent of ads.

I LOVE this series!Sam finally gets his own book. I have felt for this tortured hero since he was first introduced.Life has not been kind to Layne or Sam. They both have burdens, scars, and very little hope. But they also have courage to fight for what they believe in. No spoilers, but I laughed, cried and my heart raced.This writing team is phenomenal! I can’t wait for the next installment.

I'm a little late to this party but I'm just in time for the next in the series to come out! Loved this book, a wonderful addition to the series. Kept me turning the pages until the end, although I didn't want it to. So happy for Layne, she's epic! No spoilers from me, read it for yourself!
