Proper study of these two books, and the most recent Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, will equip one with the equivalent of a Harvard education of 1850, and you will not be disadvantaged in any courtroom proceeding. For extra credit, or just plain entertainment, listen to George Gordon's Hour of Power, and get an edge.I have not previously encountered such a book as this one. Presenting your story to the jury has been quite simply a learn-as-you-go process. You may practice for thirty-eight years and never encounter a jury. You may encounter a jury every week for thirty-eight years, and if you are fortunate you may learn what you are able to read in this book in four hours. In thirty-eight years, you will have thirty-eight years invested, and your clients will have several hundred dollars invested. And as they say, one learns more from losing than winning.If you are a pro se litigant, read this book. It is now Book Three in my syllabus. If you are a professional attorney already, don't waste your time. You have many important things to do today. I hope we meet up in court sometime.

I docked my review one star because it has a graph on its cover and I thought there would be a graph inside I could plot my blood pressure numbers on. It's only a log but a great log where you can write large numbers and view them easily for the week to spot any trends. I showed it to my doctor's nurse and she told me she wished all their patients would use a log book like this.

This log book is great for anyone who is trying to keep track of their BP. I use it everyday and it is small enough to take with me!

This is a nice way to present a chapter of Little House in the Big Woods - less reading and more pictures. It is good for readers who are interested in the series but not ready to read a chapter book, or to use as an introduction or summary of the chapter. I am very satisfied with the book!

My four year old daughter is just getting to know Laura through these books. She brings this particular story to me more than any of the others. It is so fun to read them to her. I am looking forward to starting her on the classic novels once she is a bit older.

ok but a little on the higt side in price

I bought this as a gift because we have the Winter in the Big Woods. This is a perfect introduction into the world of Laura and her family. My kids love having these read to them and now are asking (and enjoying) having the full books read to them. Wonderful series!

For example, there is a fairly detailed section on how to get your bird home from the store, including how to get it from the travel carrier into its cage without stressing it out. There are other sections on how to get the bird used to you and some specific training tips. All of these are written in a nicely straightforward manner. The writing style will make it a good option for kids as well as adults.There are several grammatical errors, but most people won't even notice them. They don't hurt anything in this case other than to drive people like me a little nuts :-)I'd give this excellent little guide one more star if it were longer. I wish it were, because I like the author's style and thoughtful advice. This is therefore not a stand-alone book, but an excellent supplement.

It's been 4 months and all knowledge that I gained from online and working with my budgies and learning everyday something new and often getting into confusion with lot of questions . When I started reading this book I felt like this book is reading my mind and answering questions I have.I really like this book and my favorite is the first 2 chapters. This may not be all you need to know about budgies but I would definitely recommend for new owners.Good work!!
