This a good book for sure. It helped me enter into a more productive dynamic but to effectively improve my professional workflow I had to rely on a dedicated tool (Beesy for iPad). Actually, I think that it is the iPad that has got me into a productive workflow more than this book, but I would have never started if not with this book I guess.
